Go to My Orders to see real-time status. If your order shows Shipped, tap it to view tracking. For local deliveries via LWG Express, the rider will call you before arrival.

You can cancel while the status is Processing. If it’s already shipped, contact support to request a return after delivery. To change the address, cancel and place a new order with the correct details.

Use Forgot password to receive a reset link. Still stuck? Chat with us and we’ll help verify your account.

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method once the return is approved or the order is cancelled before shipment. Card refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

LWG Express is our fast local delivery. We currently run bike deliveries within Freetown. For the provinces, we coordinate trusted drivers to deliver inter-city. You’ll see Express as a shipping option at checkout when available.

Fees depend on distance and package size. Within Freetown, most Express deliveries complete the same day for orders placed before 3pm. Provinces are typically 1–3 days depending on route.
